What's the difference between the standard and desktop builds?
On Windows, the desktop build uses a new Avalonia UI interface and has a smaller footprint; the standard build has the classic WPF interface and bundles more cores. There's no functional difference — beginners should just pick the standard build.
Should I install v2rayNG or v2flyNG?
Both come from the same developer with an identical interface — the only difference is the bundled core: v2rayNG mainly uses the Xray core, while v2flyNG uses the v2fly core. v2rayNG is fine for most people; pick v2flyNG if your node relies on v2fly-specific features. You can install both side by side.
What if the download is slow?
Files on this site are served through a local CDN and should download at full speed under normal conditions. If it's slow during peak hours, just try again later.
